SYGMA Associates are eligible to participate in our 401k plan beginning with the first of the month following the date of hire. |

SYGMA provides no cost accidental death and dismemberment coverage to associates. Associates may elect to purchase addition coverage for themselves or purchase a family plan for all eligible dependents. |

Vacation with pay accrues on a weekly pay period basis beginning the first day of employment. In addition to paid holidays, eligible associates also receive three floating holidays per year to take at a time mutually agreed upon between the associates and their supervisor (with a two week notification). |

This Flexible Spending Account (FSA) allows associates to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for the care of their children, parents or disabled spouse or to pay for eligible out-of-pocket medical, dental, and vision expenses not covered by any healthcare plans. |

SYGMA’s salary continuation plan provides financial protection for associates with non-work related illness or injuries which cause absences from work for more than two (2) consecutive weeks. Benefits are based on associate’s length of service with SYGMA. |
